Terms & Conditions: 1.The iPhone 16GB 3GS Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") opens on 1 July 2010 and closes at 5pm, 31July 2010. There is one16GBiPhone 3GS to be won. One winner will be drawn at random on 3 August 2010 from all eligible entrants. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  2.To be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw, the entrant must be a Texco International credit account holder with an up to date account. 3.Every order of $500 or more (excluding gst and freight) will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. 4.Texco International must be provided with a contact name, contact telephone number, and email address ("Contact Details") at the time of order placement. 5.The Prize Draw winner will be notified by telephone or in writing using the Contact Details. If the Prize Draw winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Texco International, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. The winner agrees that his/her name and photograph may be used by Texco from time to time for promotional purposes.  6.All immediate and ongoing costs associated with connection to a network and ongoing usage of the Prize are the full responsibility of the winner. 7.Texco International reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.
