  Ordering Online
If you would like to order online and charge goods to your credit card, all you need to do is select the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout and follow the steps.  Please note that all prices shown are exclusive of GST and freight - GST and freight will be applied at the online checkout. Online ordering and delivery is available to NZ customers only.
 
Freight & Delivery
Freight will be charged on all orders. Please choose a delivery region in your shopping cart and this will produce an instantaneous freight charge.  We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt. Delivery to most places in New Zealand can be expected within 3-5 working days.  If any delays occur, we will contact you.
Please note: couriers cannot deliver parcels to a PO Box number.

 
Returns
Should you need to return a faulty product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team on 0800 925 377 to obtain a returns number.
2.
Include the returns number and a description of the fault in the package and clearly label the package as a return. Send the items to:

- Product accepted by Texco as faulty will be exchanged or a refund provided.
- Please note: Goods are returned to Texco at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the freight to your account. Returning product to Texco does not constitute acceptance of the return.
- If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to discuss method of shipping back to us prior to return.


If you have over-ordered product, ordered the incorrect product or simply changed your mind, Texco may, at it's sole discretion agree to have the product returned. In this instance product must be returned unused, unwashed, with original labelling and packaging and in perfect saleable condition. Goods are returned to Texco at your own expense.  A restocking fee of 15% of the order will apply. Should you find yourself in this circumstance, please contact us to discuss.

PLEASE NOTE: there are no returns on special make items, clearance items, duvet inners or pillows (for hygiene reasons), unless they are faulty.

Texco Credit Account Holders
Texco Credit Account holders have the additional option of paying by direct bank transfer or charging to an existing Texco International Credit Account. To purchase as a Texco Credit Account holder, first login to the website using your user name and password. If you have yet to register online, do so here: register. You will then have instant access to the product prices applicable to your account.  If you would like to open a credit account, please contact us for more details. Please note, if you are an account holder, the prices you will see online are those set up against your account. 

Payment information for Texco Credit Account Holders
1. Credit Account: At the check out select the 'Purchase Order" option. If you would like to charge goods to a Texco International credit account but you don't already have one, please register a web account and then download an Account Application Form from the Members page. The completed and signed form will need to be faxed, posted or emailed to us for processing.
 
2. Credit Card: If you wish to charge your goods to your Credit Card, please choose "Charge to Credit Card" when ordering.

3. Direct Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, choose the relevant option (Direct Credit) at the check out and use the bank details provided for payment.

  
Samples
We are able to supply you with samples upon request, please contact us. Samples must be paid for prior to us sending them out.  If the samples are returned to us in 7 days in reusable condition, we will credit the cost of the samples.
